Amanda's Practically Sinful Potato Chips and Dip

I large baking (or other) potatorosemary, driedsalt and pepperyogurt, plaingarlic powderonion powder
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut potatoes thinly, preferably with a mandolin or food processor (so slices are uniformly thin).
Spray tin foil with non-stick spray.
Arrange potato slices in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, and rosemary.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip chips and cook for another 5 minutes (or until crispy but not burnt).
Meanwhile, combine yogurt, pepper, onion and garlic powder in a bowl
Dip and enjoy!
Tip: Anything can be combined with this recipe. Take out the rosemary on the chips. Add a bit of blue cheese to the dip. Anything goes really, but remember to adjust the cals! : )
