Cheddar-malt Hake fillets

280 g Hake fillets (app. 2 fillets)1 tablespoon freshly squized lemon juice1 tablespoon light mayonaise100 g fresh mushrooms chopped in pieces50 g onions finely chopped (app. 1 small)25 g low fat margarine melted (app. 3 tsp)20 g fresh bread crumbs (app. 1 slice)50 g cheddar cheese gratedYour favourite fish spice
Coat baking dish with spray and cook.
Place fish in dish.
Combine lemon juice, mayonaise, onions and spices and spread over fish.
Place mushrooms on top.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Drizzle with melted margarine and place in oven on 295 degrees for app. 20 minutes.
Cover with grated cheese and bake for a further 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
