1 c. Fat Free, Milk1/4 c. water4 oz. spinach leaves (fresh leaves frozen overnight)5 oz. pineapple chunks, frozen2 medium strawberries, frozen1 T. Sugar Substitute (like Splenda)1 Scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder
Directions
Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Makes three 16 oz. servings.
