Ingredients
2 cups cooked chick peas or 1 190z tin, drained and rinsed1/2 cup tahini1/4 cup lemon juice1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 or 2 cloves garlic (personal taste)1/3 cup + 2 tblsp water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Keeps in refrigerator for 6 days. Serve with Naan bread or pitas.
Makes 8 1/4 cup servings.
