Seviche Style Shrimp & Avacado Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 limes1 cup chopped tomato1 cup diced avocado1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper3 garlic cloves, minced1lb cooked peeled medium shrimp1 cup whole wheat pasta
Directions
Finely grate rind from limes to measure 1 tblsp; juice limes to measure 1/4 cup. Place rind in juice in a large bowl. Add tomato and remaining ingrediants. Toss in cooked and cooled pasta. Cover and chill for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
