3/4 c. Soy Flour1/4 c. Oat Flour1/4 c. Almond Flour (Almond Meal)1/2 c. Vegan Shortening1-2 T. water (or more if necessary)
1. Mix together all the flours.
2. Cut shortening into flour with pastry hook or two knives until it forms little balls.
3. Add water 1 T. at a time until dough holds together.
4. Refrigerate covered until chilled for at least an hour.
5. Use pie crust as normal.
