Salmon With Red Curry

Ingredients
4 salmon steaks (6 oz each)1 garlic clove, crushed1 tsp grated fresh gingerroot1 tbsp thai red curry paste1 tsp brown sugar1 tbsp thai fish sauce2 tbsp lime juice
Directions
- preheat oven to 425 F
- mix the garlic, ginger, curry paste, sugar, and fish sauce together
- sprinkle with lime juice
- bake in the preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes
