The nutritional info. on this recipe is wrong. It says each salmon fillet should be approx. 5 oz however that comes out at 258 cals. - 3/15/10

I need some expert advice. Most Salmon I buy is 1" think on the big end. I usually take off the skin prior to cookin. To make sure it is done, cause I miss sometimes, what is the minimum time per side, cooking indoors in a skillet. This recipe sounds great but want to clear up my question before try - 8/13/13

This recipe was delicious and I will make it again, but as others mentioned, the calorie count was way off. The salmon alone is 258 calories. I input this dish + 5 oz of salmon and ended up with 409 calories. - 8/31/10

My husband and I enjoyed this very much. I will reduce the vinegar just a tad next time but overall very tasty. I also question the calories listed above on it though. - 1/22/10

This was a very good marinade, and easy. We will make it again.

I did, however, bake the fish, and when I do, I always pack a lasagna pan full of veggies to cook along with the fish. I used Red Onion, Garlic, Red Peppers and Mushrooms. Delish with the marinade! - 4/22/09
