Ingredients
1/2 Frozen banana (without peel)1/2 c Frozen Strawberries1 Tbls HoneyApprox. 12 almonds blended to a powderapprox 1/2 c water
Directions
Use a single serving blender- or regular size blender.
1- blend almonds till powdered
2- Add banana, strawberries, water and honey
3- blend till even consistency.
Drink and enjoy
A measure of a fiber additive can be added for an extra benefit!
