Amazing mini-cupcakes

Ingredients
Directions
1 box of chocolate cake mix (I used Pillsbury moist supreme in Dark Chocolate)2/3 C of water1 15 oz can of 100% pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
Grease a 24 cup mini-muffin pan (or any other cake pan or regular muffin pan, just adjust cook time).
Dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined, do not overmix.
Fill the muffin cups to almost full (I used a 1 oz cookie scoop to make them even). Bake at 325 until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack and then enjoy! Makes 48 little bites - great for a party.
