Baked Parmesan Perch

Ingredients
2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs1 tsp paprika1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp dried basil1 lb. perch or fish fillets of choice1 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Directions
In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika and basil. Brush fish fillets with butter, then dip in crumb mixture. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake uncovered at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 4 servings.
