Sauteed Garlicky Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 dash pepper2 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions
Heat olive oil, garlic and pepper in a medium pan for a couple of minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and saute until golden brown and tender.
Makes 2 1-cup servings.

    My mother taught me how to make this a few months ago, and now I have it once a week! But instead of olive oil, I use tbsp of butter, and I use garlic powder versus cloves. Thanks for posting this! - 6/9/10

    I don't think this makes two 1-cup servings.....when you cook down 2 cups of raw mushrooms, you end up with about 1/2 to 3/4 cup in the end...so divided between 2 servings, gives you only 1/4 to 3/8 cup per person. - 6/9/11
