Ingredients
1 TBSP Olive Oil4 oz Orange Roughy2 TBSP Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dressing - Raspberry Vinaigrette1 TBSP Country Herb Seasoning
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in skillet.
Add Orange Roughy, and put the dressing on top of the fish. Sprinkle with Country Herb Seasoning, or your favorite seasoning.

This is 1 serving. The calories will vary with different fish. I know Orange Roughy is a little higher in calories than some, but it tastes so good.

    I liked this recipe very much however was out of vinaigrette so used vidalia onion dressing which actually was great. - 4/4/11
