Tuna Steaks with Tropical Salsa

Ingredients
1 Med tomato, chopped1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, drained and chopped1 cup chopped Mango1 jalopeno pepper *, seeded & minced2 Tbl chopped fresh cilantro1 Tbl minced red onion1/2 tsp grated lime zest4 tuna steaks ( 4oz ea)1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper2 tsps olive oil* Jalopeno peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch eyes during preparation
Directions
To make slsa, combine tomato, pineapple, mango, jalopeno, cilantro, onion, lime zest, and lime juice in medium bowl. Note: Jalopeno is a taste perference.

Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Heat oil in lg nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna and cook 2 to 3 minutes on ea side for medium-rare or desired degree of doneness. Serve with salsa.
Makes 4 servings (1 tuna steak & 1/2 cup salsa)
