Ingredients
1/2 C Old fashioned cooking oats1 C water1/2 t. cinnamon2 T Torani sugar free french vanilla syrup1/4 C egg white
Directions
Mix 1/2 C oatmeal with 1 C water. Cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 C egg white, cinnamon and sf syrup, stir, return to microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute.
