Apple Honey Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup rolled oats2 Tbsp wheat germ2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1/8 nutmeg1 Tbsp flax seed, ground1/2 cup skim milk1 cup unsweetened apple sauce1/4 cup honey2 Tbsp canola oil
Directions
Blend flaxseed with 3 Tbsp warm water for an egg substitute.

Combine dry ingredients. Blend wet ingredients. Blend wet into dry.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 17 minutes or so.
