Baked Fish with Lime and Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
Two Filets of Mild White Fish6 oz each Cod, Halibut, Tilapia, etc.Nutritional Info is for Pacific CodSauce:Juice of one lime1/2 tsp sugar1 clove garlic, finely minced1 tsp ginger root, finely minced1/2 tsp Thai chili sauce (or to taste)1/2 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Bake or Steam Fish by preferred method until just done and fish flakes when tested with a fork. One easy method is to bake at 350 degrees for about 10 -15 minutes. Check frequently and do not overcook.

While fish is cooking, mince garlic and ginger finely, mix all other sauce ingredients and let flavors blend. When fish is done, place on serving plates, and spoon 1/2 of sauce over each fillet of fish.

Garnish with cilantro and lime wedge if desired. (Not included in nutritional info).
