Ingredients
4 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey1tbsp Bell pepper1 Tbsp Onion1 tsp of Garlic1/8 Cup of Egg Sub.1/3 Cup of 2% Cheddar Cheese______1 Sliced Medium Sweet Potato ______LettuceTomatoOnionPicklesand 12 Almonds on the side
Directions
4 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1tbsp Bell pepper
1 Tbsp Onion
1 tsp of Garlic
1/8 Cup of Egg Sub.
___Mixed together, shape into ball, and and cook on low heat
___Top with 1/3 Cup of 2% Cheese while on heat to melt
___ Serve on lettuce leaves with pickels, onions, tomatoes, and mustard

___ Slice and Season a medium sweet potato and bake on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    i cook them until they go soft. i guess that's about 15 mins.
