This recipe was great. I'm not a big tofu fan but the seasonings masked the taste of it for me! - 11/3/09

maybe wine was being consumed while writing this recipe? Mushrooms are not listed as ingredient but they get added and I would have unused vegetable stock and sesame seeds... hmmm. I can guess when to add them. LOL - 11/30/07

Funny. Pour an 8 oz glass of red wine for yourself first. Though I often injoy a 4 oz glass while cooking, I would not add it to the recipe! It does sound good though! - 12/30/14

Great way to flavor the tofu, highly recommend. Use any veggies you like. Onions, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, and peppers for me. You can get in 4 veggie servings for the day just with this dish, if you play your recipe cards right. - 1/31/14

More than eight ounces of wine go into the recipe but the nutritional info is based on 0.2 oz per serving? - 9/18/13

So I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds delish! I was attracted to it b/c of the name, and any recipe that starts with a glass of wine makes me happy..lol - 3/27/07
