1 Package Beacon Light Frozen Flounder Fillets2 tsp Country Crock, Shedd's Spread LightSeasonings (as desired)- Old Bay Seasoning- Onion Powder- Lemon Pepper Seasoning- Garlic Pepper- Salt
2 fillets = 1 serving, makes 2.5 servings
Remove packaging from fish and thaw for 4-6 hours
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Line a baking sheet with foil, grease lightly with Country Crock
3. Rinse fish under cold water and place on baking sheet
4. Rub a small dab of Country Crock on each fish fillet
5. Cover fish evenly with spices
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes
