Italian Atlantic Pollock(fish)

Ingredients
4 atlantic pollock fillets1 tomatoe sliced or canned diced1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
Place frozen fillets on a foil lined pan with high sides. Cover each fillet with tomatoe, shredded cheese and garlic powder to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Fast, easy and yummy.
