6 oz salmon2 tsp ginger root (grated)1/2 cup pineapple juice4 tsp soy sauce or light soy sauce
Directions
marinate the salmon with all the rest of the ingrediants for 30 minutes and broil it for 10 minutes.

Serve with rice and vegetable
