Healthy Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup banana, mashed (I used 2 bananas)3 tbsp. Flaxseed Meal1 1/4 cup oatmeal, ground2 tsp. baking soda1/8 tsp. salt2 tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips1 tbsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup sugar substitute1 tbsp. flaxseed meal mixed w/ 3 tbsp. water (let it sit until it thickens - acts as an egg substitute)1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
