This is a great sandwich. Chocolate1001, this is very low in fat and calories. Sparking is about making choices about what to eat. You have to learn to eat all types of food. This is a great recipe. Served with a large salad, you can have a great dinner or lunch for around 400 calories. - 5/24/09

I had high hopes but this didn't quite do it for me. The chicken was good with the light breading, but the buffalo sauce was too thin and the dressing is truly awful. I would try another brand but it's the only one I saw! FF bleu cheese just doesn't work for us... back to the drawing board! - 4/19/07
