Kraft Cheesy BBQ "Chik'n" Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 onion, thinly sliced, seperated into rings4 Quorn Naked Chik'n Cutlets1/4 cup Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce3/4 cup Kraft 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese4 whole wheat sandwich rolls (optional & not included in caloric totals)
Directions
Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add onions; cover. Cook 2 min.; stir onions, then push to edge of skillet. Add chik'n; cook 4 minutes. Turn chik'n over; top with barbecue sauce. Cook, covered, on medium-low for 6 minutes or until chik'n is done. Stir onions.

Sprinkle chik'n with cheese; cook, covered, for 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

Place chik'n and onions on roll if you so choose.
