Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt3 tsp yellow mustard1 tbsp lemon juice6 1/2 oz water-packed tuna1/4 cup diced celery1/4 cup diced sweet peppers2 tbsp diced red onions2 tbsp pickle relish
Directions
Drain tuna. In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together. You may alter the amount of the other ingredients depending on your taste. Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
