Ingredients
2 cups Giant Eagle Smooth Essentials Nonfat plain Yogurt1 16oz bag of frozen wild blueberries (thawed)1 1/2 cups of granulated Splenda (measures like sugar)
Directions
Place everything in blender and mix till well blended. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any unused portions for up to 4 days.

Divide into 4 equal portions. I use drinking glasses.
