Cheesy Broccoli and Cauliflower Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
3 C noodlescan of tuna1/2 C mayonnaisecan of cream of mushroom soup1/2 C milk 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup broccoli1 cup cauliflower
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cook noodles
Put noodles, vegetables, tuna, and mayonnaise in a casserole baking dish. Mix in soup and milk. Then mix in grated cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

    This was soooo tasty and creamy! There was a bit too much mayo so I think the next time I make this, I will only use a 1/4 cup of mayo to save on calories. Thanks! - 8/26/09
