heidi's tuna salad sandwich

Ingredients
(2) cans tuna i use chicken of the sea1/2C onion10 sliced jalapeno's half pickle1/4C light mayo2TBS jalapeno mustard
Directions
Drain tuna and cut veggies into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and divide into 4 equal portions. Serve with salad, raw veggies, crackers, or on whole wheat bread.
