Creamed Tuna

Ingredients
1 Can Flaked White Tuna in Water, drained1 1/2 tbsp White Flour1/2 cup Skim Milk1/2 cup Frozen PeasSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Blend flour and milk
Mix with tuna and add to saucepan
Cook until hot
Add Peas
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cook until thickened (can add a little more flour or milk depending on how thick you want it)
Serve over toast or biscuits (not included in calorie count)
