Tuna Melt

Ingredients
2 slices Sara Lee Low Cal 100% whole wheat bread4-oz. can chunk light tuna1 tbsp. minced onion1 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise1/2 tbps lemon juiceDash of saltDash of PepperDash of hot sauce1 tomato, sliced1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat the broiler.

Toast bread in a toaster.

Combine tuna, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Spread 1/2 c. of the tuna mixture on each slice of toast; top with tomato slices and 2 tbsp. cheese. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and broil until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown, 3 to minutes. Serve immediately.
