Pumpkin Pie Shake

Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla (40 cals)1/4 Cup canned Pumpkin1/2 tsp CinnamonDash of Ginger, Nutmeg and Ground Cloves1-2 Ice Cubes2-4 packets of Splenda
Directions
Blend all ingredients until frothy and light. Makes one serving.

Pour into a glass and add a dollop of FF Cool Whip and a sprinkle of additional spice if desired (not counted in the calorie total).
