6 oz. imitation crab, chopped3 large eggs1/2 cup skim milk1 clove garlic, minced7 green onions, chopped1 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. hot sauce3 T. minced red bell peppers1 cup sliced zucchini1 cup sliced mushrooms5 oz frozen chopped spinach1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1 1/2 cup shredded potato1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
prepare vegetable. Saute mushrooms, onions, peppers garlic and zuucchini about 10 minutes. Mix oil and potatoes then press in pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes .
Combine ingredients and pour into pie pan and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until done.
