Crockpot Lemon Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless loin chops1 med. onion sliced1 med. lemon sliced1 t. salt1/2 t. pepper1/4 c. brown sugar packed1/4 c. ketchup
Directions
Place chops in crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay onion slices on top and then lay lemon slices on top of the onions. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top and then drizzle ketchup on top of the brown sugar. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over rice.
