black bean & shallot burgers

Ingredients
1 can of black beans2 shallots chopped1 eggabout 1/4 of fiber one cereal ground in place of bread crumbs
Directions
Mix ingredients well. let set in fridge for about 20-30 minutes. form into burgers, cook in oil on stove until golden brown on outside & heated through.
