Ingredients
Ingredients: *Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cups *2 Chicken Breasts, bone and skin removed, cubed*Soy Sauce, 1/2 cup*Water, 2 cups*Garlic powder, 1 tbsp *Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 Cup *Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped*Red Bell Peppers, 1/2 cup, chopped *Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a boil over med-high heat. Then lower heat and cover, turning rice after 10 minutes. Then cook another 10 minutes and remove from heat. Fluff rice with a fork and serve. *Serves 4 (1 Cup Servings).
