Very good sandwich. As mentioned, 250 calories based on 2 servings (one full sandwich). Tuna is one of my favorite diet foods. I'll use this recipe often. - 6/21/09

I liked the addition of the cottage cheese. I added shredded carrots and left out the scallions -- also forgot to add the mustard but will add that to the 2nd half which I am eating today! - 7/22/09

this was easy to make (left out the onions though) and really tasty. Will make this again.
My mix was also about 250 calories total. So I ended up eating the whole thing, and got my proteins in.lol. - 6/20/09

DELIC!! By my calculations, the entire mix comes out to a little over 250 calories (using 5 oz can tuna, 4% fat cottage cheese, regular mayo) rather than the 436 (total) indicated in this recipe. - 6/14/09

Really tasty sandwich, left out the scallions and dijon mustard as I didn't have any to hand, but the cild filling on hot, toasty bread was delicious and perfect for this lunctime on hot day. The cottage cheese and mayonnaise really complement eachother. - 8/19/09

I like the fact that by using cottage cheese, you don't use as much mayo! I really enjoyed my sandwich. - 5/4/12

This is a really delicious tuna sandwich. When you take a bite, there is a burst of several different flavors all at once. I've never tasted tuna like this before. Yum! - 3/2/12

This is a great recipe for the tuna mix, but to make this honestly THE BEST TUNA SANDWICH you need to serve it on toasted Cinnamon Raisin bread (don't knock it til you try it!) I never realized how well tuna & CR bread go together, now it's the only way I eat it!! - 2/19/11

This sounds just like how I make mine, apart from the cottage cheese. I'd rather eat that separately. There are things I just don't mix. But I always get compliments on mine, and enjoy my own so I'm sure I'll enjoy this :) - 9/16/12

Had this recipe for lunch this week-loved it! I can't stand cottage cheese so this was a great way to sneak it in there. - 8/25/12
