Shrimp Alfredo with penne pasta

3 cloves fresh garlic,mincedAbout 1 1/2 pounds of cooked shrimp2 tbsp. olive oil1/4 cup Fage Greek Strained yogurt4 Tablespoons cream cheese1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes3/4 cup Reduced fat 40-cheese Italian blend shredded cheese by Sargento1 tsp of Italian seasonings8 oz. Smart tast Penne Pasta (2 oz. per serving)
Put on water to boil and cook pasta.
Mince garlic and saute in olive oil until tender and golden brown. Add shrimp and toss in oil and garlic. If the shrimp was frozen you will have plenty of liquid, if not, you may need to add some filtered water, about 1/2-1 cup. When hot, add the cream cheese, Fage, instant mashed potatoes and herbs. Stir to mix thoroughly, then add the cheese. Turn on low when thickened. Serve over pasta.
