Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 3 large beaten * *Canola Oil, 1 cup * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup * Zucchini, 2 cup grated * Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp * *Flour, white, 3 cup * Salt, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Baking Powder, .5 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
combine all ingredients and mix well. bake at 325 for an hour. makes two large loves.
