Jenny's Cuban Lime Tofu Stir Fry (Vegan)

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm 3 oz (chopped)Portabella Mushrooms 1/2 cupZucchini, 1 medium choppedBaby Corn 8 spearsImagine Cuban Black Bean Bisque, .1/3 cupLime Juice, 2 tbsp1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp dried cilantro1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Directions
In a hot pan drizzel a small amount of olive oil. Then toss all the vegetables,dried cilantro and tofu in the pan. Let simmer for about 2 mins and add lime juice, cuban bean bisque and cayenne pepper. Let cook until veggies are tender and tofu has absorbed some of the juices.

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with Nutritional yeast flakes. Ready to eat!
