Shrimp Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients
1 Ripe Avocado1 cup Cooked Bay Shrimp1 tbsp. Mayo2 tbsp. Seafood Cocktail SauceButter Lettuce Leaves
Directions
Halve avocado lengthwise and remove seed. Place each half on a bed of butter lettuce leaves. Mix mayo and cocktail sauce in a small bowl, then stir in shrimp (pat dry first if there is any liquid on them). Mound shrimp mixture into avocado halves (about 1/2 cup of mixture for eadh serving).
