all bran carrot bran muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup all bran cereal1/2 cup splenda ( 24 teaspoons)1 tbsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1 cup raisins1 cup grated carrot1 3/4 cup soured 1% milk (lemon juice 1 tsp)1/4 cup canola oil1 egggrated rind of 1 orange or lemon
Directions
1. in large bowl, stir together flour, cereral, splenda, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, raisins and carrots.

2. add soured milk, oil, egg, orange rind, stirring until just combined.

3. spoon into greased non-stick muffin tins. bake at 400F oven for 20 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch.
