Rosemary and garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin1 clove finely chopped garlic1 TBSP extra light olive oil1 TBSP dried or fresh rosemary
Directions
Remove pork from packaging and rinse.
chop 1 clove of garlic to desired size.
Rub olive oil on tenderloin, then rub on garlic and rosemary. cook uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 160.
makes around 4 servings

this meal looks really fancy, and tastes so good. goes really well with some steamed veggies, or brown rice!
