Grilled Tuna Melt Patties

Ingredients
6 oz of Mozzarella4 TBSP of fresh parsley cut4 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread3 eggs (beaten)1/8 cup of cooked white onionsSalt/Pepper (Dash)1 TBSP of Mustard12 TBSP of Corn Flake Crumbs to coat
Directions
Heat onions

Pour cheese in a missing bowl
Tear wheat bread and divide into 1/2" crumbs and place into bowl
Cut 4 TBSP of fresh parsley and place in bowl

In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and then pour into dry mixture and combine.

Drain 1 large can of Tuna in Water, add to mixture.

Pat into 10 patties, roll each patty in corn flake crumbs and shape into back into patty.

Grill over medium heat 3 minutes each side (slightly crispy).

Serve with pasta :) Yum! Enjoy! My picky boys loved it.
