Tuna garlic whole wheat pasta

6 oz whole wheat pasta (uncooked)1 Tbsp olive oil3 clove garlic (minced)2 Tbsp white wine2 Tbsp basil1 can artichoke hearts (in water) 14 oz, quartered1 roma tomato, diced5 oz can tuna (in water - drained)2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheesePepper to taste
Cook pasta as directed on package - drain.
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic - saute until golden.
Add wine, basil, artichokes, tomato, and 1 tsp salt - simmer until heated through.
Add tuna, pasta, parmesan cheese, and pepper to taste. Stir and serve.
Makes 3 servings.

Pretty good, especially for a super quick meal. A little bland for me. Next time maybe I'd try adding some tomato or broccoli. - 7/13/09

I appreciate the comment and I agree -- still experimenting with it myself. I'm planning on adding extra garlic and basil, some tomato, and maybe spinach or artichokes. I'll update the recipe if I find the perfect combination!
