30 grams whey protein powder or 1 serving depending on which brand you are using.1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries. (I use frozen because It makes it cold without having to add ice cubes)1 cup cold (filtered if possible) water1 oz walnuts1 serving (1/8 tsp) stevia if desired
place all ingredients in blender and pulverize until you have a smoothie. These are really great and if you are one who is always hungry, (like me) they will actually fill you up for several hours.
