Spaghetti & Mozarella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lb 93% ground beef1 lb ground pork3 eggs1/2 cup skim milk1 cup breadcrumbs3 cloves garlic1 tbsp black pepper1 1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup parsley4-5 tbsp olive oil for frying6-8 oz mozarella cheese2 jars marinara sauce2 packages whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Mix together eggs, breadcrumbs, milk & spices in a large bowl. Add meats and mix all together with hands. Cut mnozarella cheese into 1 in squares. Form meat mixture into 2 inch meatballs with cheese in the center. Heat olive oil in deep frying pan untit it's almost snoking. Brown meatballs (about 4 min each side) and set aside on papertowel lined tray. Fill large pot with 2 jars of marinara sauce, & turn on medium heat. Add meatballs to sauce.Simmer covered for 30 minutes, then another 15 minutes uncovered until meatballs are cooked through. Cook spaghetti according to package insreuctions while the meatballs & sauce are still cooking. Serve with parmesean cheese on top.

Makes 10 servings, (2 meatballs & 1/2 cup sauce per serving, 2 oz pasta, 1 tbsp parm cheese).
