Chicken Enchalada Casserole

Ingredients
10-12 Chicken Tenderloins1 Tub (give or take) Daisy Sour Cream ( you can use lowfat)1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 pkg (Walmart produce) of pico de gallo already preparedShredded Cheese.......your choice.....
Directions
Cook Chicken tenderloins in chicken stock/broth - I usually add a few chicken bouillon cubes to add flavor to the chicken.....

Mix the Sour Cream and cream of soup together w/pico and I always add the shredded mont jack & colby cheese to the mixture.......

Chop up the chicken and make either into individual tortillas or into a casserole (lazy style which I do).....
I usually nix the tortillas because of the carb factor.....

But I never make this recipe the same way 2x time in a row....depends on my mood.
