Broiled Hoisin Flank Steak

* 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar or white vinegar * Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp * Flank Steak, 8 oz * Brown Sugar, 3 tsp packed * Garlic, 3 cloves
Slice flank steak into thin strips and sprinkle with vinegar. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight if possible but at least 2 hours.
Combine brown sugar, hoisin sauce and garlic and rub throughout flank strips thoroughly. Allow to sit for 1 hour or more before cooking.
Preheat broiler on high and cook steak until bubbling and caramelized (2-3 minutes, flip strips and 1 to 2 minutes further).
