I made these in the oven at 170 degrees on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. I skipped the lemon and just sprayed with salt + water. They turned out great but got soggy after being stored in a plastic bag. I put them in the toaster oven to re-crisp and they got even tastier! Yummy. - 3/16/10

Thanks for this recipe! I will try it this week. Wonder how it will taste with vinegar & salt, or cayenne pepper & lemon juice & Splenda (sweet, tangy, and spicy)... - 1/31/13

I put mine on the plastic netting insert of my dehydrator and they stuck. Should I spray with Pam before putting them on or use the flat plastic insert instead? Wouldn't it stick to that too? - 9/8/10

I don't have a dehydrator, but I'm going to try using my oven to dry the spinach. This sounds just like what I need~! Some crunch! - 3/8/10
